How Do I Place An Order?

 

To place your order, call the store, visit the in store location, or select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.

 

Payment and Shipping

We accept credit cards and debit cards for payments online, and cash, credit cards, and debit cards for payments made in-store. 

We offer shipping for $75 for customers within a 15-mile radius of our store. Any orders outside of the 15-mile radius will have to pickup from the store.

Installation

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We accept returns within 10 days, starting from the day your order was delivered or picked up. Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included

  • Made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you

 

Privacy Policy

 

We here at River City Appliance & Home respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
